PLEASE NOTE registration for the conference is being handled by the European Society of Criminology not the local organisers. Fees

The early booking rate applies to registrations made by 1 July 2008.

Only fully registered delegates can present at the conference and only abstracts of delegates who are fully registered by 11 July 2008 will be entered in the programme.

Please note that registrations after 15 August will not appear in the official printed list of participants at the conference, but in a separate leaflet that will be available at the registration desk of the Conference.

The above fees include the following:

• Delegate pack
• Tea, coffee and biscuits during the conference
• Buffet lunch during the conference (Wednesday - Friday)
• Welcome reception on Tuesday 2 September at Murrayfield Stadium
• Drinks reception on Wednesday 3 September in the University of Edinburgh's prestigious Playfair Library, including travel from Murrayfield Stadium to the University on Wednesday evening.
• Scottish themed drinks reception on Friday 5 September at Murrayfield Stadium

Cancellations:

In case of cancellation of a registration for the conference the ESC adheres to the following rules:

1. We will deduct 10% of the registration fees in case of reimbursement. The reason is that the firm that deals with the credit-payment takes a commission for each operation. Therefore, in this case the ESC is paying two commissions.
2. No reimbursement will be made for cancellations arriving less than three weeks before the conference. The deadline therefore is August 11, 2008.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner is optional and is not included in the above registration fees.  A ticket for the dinner and ceilidh, which will take place at Murrayfield Stadium on Friday 5 September, can be purchased separately here.
