Abstract submission is now closed. We are in the process of reviewing all abstracts received and will contact all submitting authors by email shortly. If you have any questions relating to your abstract please email the local organisers.

• The deadline for abstracts was 30 June 2008.
• Only fully registered delegates can present at the conference and only abstracts of delegates who are fully registered by 11 July 2008 will be entered in the programme.
• We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and also edit abstracts and titles for length.
