Welcome Reception
The conference will open with a drinks reception on Tuesday evening which will take place in the Kirkland Room, South Hall, Pollock Halls from 1800 hours.

Wednesday 11 June
1830 - 2200 hours
|
Walking tour of Edinburgh followed by buffet in Teviot House
Guides will take small groups of delegates on a walking tour from Pollock Halls, through Edinburgh's Old Town finishing at Teviot House where there will be a buffet served.
Guides will leave from Pollock Halls reception between 1830 and 1900 hours.
Those who do not wish to take part on the walking tour can go directly to Teviot House, where the buffet will be served from 2000 hours. Walking directly from Pollock Halls to Teviot House will take approx 20 minutes.For a map of the central University campus highlighting Teviot House please click here.

Thursday 12 June
1900 hours - Midnight

Conference Dinner and Ceilidh
On Thursday evening the conference dinner and ceilidh will take place in South Hall. After dinner there will be Scottish dancing and music, led by the Heriot-Watt University Scottish Country Dancers.

Friday 13 June
1700 - 1930 hours

Barbeque
The conference will close on Friday evening with a barbeque in the grounds of Pollock Halls.
|
All registration fees include the welcome reception, walking tour and buffet, conference dinner and end of conference BBQ.
